| *TERMS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This is an extra payment, which recognises the value to us of retaining your experience. It is our hope that we will minimise the turnover of our distribution staff, and reduce our recruitment costs. Where we make these savings we are able to pass them on to you. It works a bit like a no-claims bonus does for motor insurance. Please note that the Loyalty Bonus Multiplier is applied to your total earnings including Volume Bonus Payments. Once the 5th CRC level of 20% is awarded it is applied to your 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th deliveries, and once the 10th CRC level of 25% is awarded it is applied to all future deliveries. HOWEVER, if you fail to complete your delivery within agreed timescales even once, and even where notice is given for holidays, or in the case of illness, accident or compassionate reasons your bonus multiplier will be cancelled, and you will begin to accumulate it again from the next delivery. There is no exception to this rule, therefore if you wish to protect your 'no-fail' bonus we advise that you make plans in advance for someone to substitute for you in such an event. | |||
